Iceland-based Rapyd 100mfaridi Crowdfundinsider, an Iceland-based provider of financial services software-as-a-service and solutions, is excited to announce that it has signed an agreement to acquire Valitor for EUR94 million ($100 million).

Valitor, a European leader in online and in-store payment technology for merchants, is Valitor. The transaction does not only include the purchase price but also includes the working capital as of July 2015.
