1. Safely identify the issue
Safe Mode can be used to disable non-essential features and apps.

These are some ways to make your computer safe:
- Click on the Start button at the bottom of the screen.
- Next, click the gear symbol at the left side ribbon. This will open Windows Settings.
- Scroll down until you see ” Security”, then click ” Recover_” in the left pane.
- Click “Restart Now” in the ” Advanced Start” section.
- A new blue screen will appear and you will be asked to choose an option.
